Pay Rate: $53/hr $56/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Varied 8-hour shifts; days evenings and nights; weekends holidays and OT rotation may be required

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract opportunity in Honokaa HI. This role supports residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting through assessments treatments medication administration care coordination and daily nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments treatments and routine nursing care

• Administer medications and monitor resident responses

• Notify MD/NP of pertinent changes in resident condition

• Support admissions discharges and care plan implementation

• Assist with ADLs and resident-centered daily care needs

• Provide gastrostomy tube care urinary catheter care nebulizer treatments wound vac care and CPAP support

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility care standards

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required by start of assignment

• Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply upon offer acceptance

• BLS/BCLS required

• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care nursing experience required

• Must be able to work varied shifts weekends holidays and OT rotation as needed

• No guaranteed hours or shift preference

• Must arrive the Thursday before start for Friday employee health appointment
