A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join its patient care team in Davenport Florida. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing individualized care working independently and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow company policies professional standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members to support quality patient care
Perform other duties as assigned
