Job Summary
(LDRP) Float Pool Registered Nurse
Float Pool Responsibilities
- Demonstrates competency to provide care across assigned Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.
- Flexes between units facilities and patient populations based on organizational needs and staffing demands.
- Quickly acclimates to varying workflows staffing models and unit cultures while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Collaborates effectively with physicians certified nurse midwives neonatal teams anesthesia providers lactation consultants and other interdisciplinary partners.
- Serves as a clinical resource and role model for peers while promoting teamwork and patient-centered care.
Full-Time Night Shift RN
- 7p-7a; 36 hours/week
- Flexible Self Scheduling with 1 On-Call Shift per 6 wk Schedule
- Weekend and Holiday Commitment
