Working Hours/Shift:

On Call 7 pm - 7:30 pm

What you bring to SBHG(qualifications):

Licensure & Certifications

  • Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Valid California Drivers License

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Experience

  • One (1) year of experience in a mental health care setting working with seriously emotionally disturbed children adolescents and adults preferred
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully pass the facility Medication Test

How you will make a difference(job overview):

The Registered Nurse is the treatment team member who is responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the nursing department staff assigned to their respective shift.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Facility & Setting:24/7 walk-in outpatient urgent care

  • Clinical ServicesRapid mental health evaluations crisis intervention and medication support

  • Length of Stay:Short-term stabilization (up to 24 hours)

  • Population Served:Serves up to 12 adults (18 ) and 6 adolescents (ages 13-17)
