Location: Tahlequah OklahomaPay Rate: $65 to $70/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 3x12-hour shifts
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses for a high-priority contract opportunity in Tahlequah Oklahoma. This role supports a busy maternal care unit that delivers approximately 850 to 900 infants annually and provides care across labor delivery postpartum recovery and newborn services.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for labor delivery postpartum recovery and newborn patients
Assess patient conditions identify changes and respond quickly to urgent situations
Develop and update individualized care plans including discharge planning
Administer medications IV therapy and prescribed treatments as ordered
Document nursing interventions patient responses education and care coordination accurately
Requirements
active Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse license required
minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
BLS ACLS NRP and STABLE certifications required
strong communication clinical judgment and emergency response skills required
must meet background check drug screen credentialing and physical demand requirements
