Compensation

• Travel RN: Up to $2506 Weekly Gross
• Local RN: Up to $2000 Weekly Gross

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for Travel and Local contract opportunities in Utica New York. Candidates must have recent ICU experience and prior travel nursing experience. Nurses with strong cardiac experience will be given priority consideration.

Unit Information

• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Shift: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12s)
• Floating Required: Yes
• EMR System: Epic
• Scrub Color: Navy
• Block Scheduling: Not promised or guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients.
• Monitor assess and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Manage patients requiring advanced life-support interventions.
• Operate and monitor CRRT and Prismaflex systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (Required)
• 4 5 years of ICU experience preferred
• Previous Travel Nursing experience (Required)
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • ICU
  • SICU
  • CTICU
  • Trauma ICU
  • MS ICU
  • Neuro ICU
• Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex (Required)
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current AHA ACLS Certification
• Current NIHSS Certification
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• NURSYS Report showing Active NY License and all active RN licenses
• Valid Drivers License with address matching candidate demographics

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac/Heart experience strongly preferred and prioritized by the hiring manager.
