TheOncology Office Practice RN - GI Serviceis a Registered Nurse (RN) position supportingThe Oncology AmbulatoryClinics. This role is involved in the entire continuum of care for patients serving as a resource to both the patient and provider team. This experienced oncology nurse is responsible for the complex multi-disciplinary care coordination of oncology patients and responsible for developing evaluating and revising the plan of care using a team approach that includes the patient family and care team. These clinics provideboth standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy supportive care infusions and clinical interventions. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage discharge planning care coordination ambulatory clinical evaluation and advanced drug preparation. Patients are seen in our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. This nurse will support adult patients with our GI Service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Nursing required
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR certification required
• RN work experience in oncology required;2 years of experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 43.61/hour - Maximum 67.59/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
