Pay Rate: $50.00 to $53.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Experience: Acute care nursing experience preferred

About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Pella Iowa. This role supports Med/Surg and ICU patient care in an acute care setting and requires strong clinical judgment teamwork and patient-centered nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to Med/Surg and ICU patients.

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care needs.

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.

• Communicate updates clearly with patients families and clinical staff.

• Direct and support care provided by assigned support staff.

• Apply critical thinking and sound nursing judgment during patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.

• Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license required.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program required.

• BSN preferred.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

• ACLS certification required.

• Acute care nursing experience preferred.

• Med/Surg ICU pediatric mother/baby ortho or adult care experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Strong communication teamwork and critical thinking skills required.
