Location: Mauston Wisconsin
Pay Rate: $1900 To $2160/Week
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Night shift 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
About the Role
We are seeking a House Supervisor Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston Wisconsin. This leadership role coordinates the delivery of safe high-quality patient care across multiple hospital departments while serving as a clinical resource for staff patients visitors and hospital administration.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care and communication across hospital departments to ensure safe and efficient operations
Monitor patient flow and assist with admissions transfers and patient placement
Provide leadership mentorship and clinical support to nursing staff
Assist with direct patient care as needed and help coordinate staffing across departments
Support after-hours pharmacy needs and participate in incident command during emergency situations
Requirements
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License required
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Current BLS/BCLS Certification required
ACLS PALSNRP Certifications required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire
TNCC certification encouraged
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
