Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Pay rate: $70 - $78/hr.

Position Title: Registered Nurse House Supervisor
Location: Gouverneur NY 13642
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Pay rate: $70 - $78/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Avg. Daily Census: 19
- Beds: 25
- Weekend Coverage: EOW
- Locals Accepted: N - must be > 50 miles.
- Years of Experience Required: 1 yr - House Supervisor or RN Manager experience.
- Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: No
- Patient Diagnoses: CHF Pneumonia obs rule out for chest pain syncope diverticulitis cellulitis COPD ETOH withdrawal Opiate withdrawal debility.
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Scattered bed unit that servues swing bed detox and medical patients
- Special Equipment: Bariatric equipment rented when needed.
- Hospital has day surgery only 7 bed ER 25 bed inpatient unit that serves detox/swing/medical patients.
- RN ratio on inpatient unit 1:6 days 1:7 nights with LPN support to assist with med pass and/or take ALC/swing bed assignment.
- Majority of census is subacute client who require rehab for debility wound care long-term IV antibioti
- No formal dress code scrubs required
- RT services Mon-Fri 7a-3p only
Qualifications
- Active NY State LPN License required.
- ACLS BLS PALS required.
- EPIC experience Preferred.
- First-time travelers accepted.
