This Position will assess client health problems and needs develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain electronic medical records in the Clinic.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in nursing.
• Current Nevada RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience with the SMI population.
• Knowledge of prior authorization and referrals.
• Knowledge and applicability of ICD-10 codes.
• Knowledge of medications.

Physical Requirements

• May include standing sitting and/or walking for extended periods
• May include performing repetitive tasks
• May include working with challenging patients and clients
• May include lifting 25 pounds
