Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week Float Pool assignment in Rockford Illinois. This position supports ICU Step Down Cardiac Telemetry Stroke Neuro and Medical Surgical units. Candidates must have strong ICU and extensive cardiac experience and be comfortable floating to lower-acuity units as needed to support patient care.
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards policies and state regulations
Develop implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Document care accurately according to facility and professional standards
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs
Support patient safety initiatives and contribute to positive patient experiences
Requirements
Active Illinois Registered Nurse License Required
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
Recent ICU experience required
Extensive Cardiac Telemetry experience required
ACLS Certification Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
NIHSS Certification Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
