Location: St. Johnsbury Vermont
Pay Rate: $1800 To $2088 /Week
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in St. Johnsbury Vermont. This role supports a busy rural emergency department with nine beds and over 15000 patient visits annually. The ideal candidate must be confident in fast-paced emergency care patient assessment care coordination and Meditech documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide direct emergency nursing care for patients in a busy rural ED
Assess patient needs evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care as needed
Collaborate with physicians specialists and healthcare team members
Respond effectively in high-pressure emergency situations
Document patient care accurately using Meditech
Requirements
Active Vermont RN License Or Compact Multi-State RN License Required
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
ACLS And PALS Certifications Required
TNCC Certification Preferred; Meditech experience preferred
