• Minimum of 18 months recent ER experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent ER experience

• Ohio RN License (permanent) or Compact State license must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• TNCC required

• COVID-19 vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)

• One recent reference from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
