Job Location: Gardner MA 01440

Shift time: 3:00pm-3:00am Varied Schedule Sunday through Saturday Every other Weekend Every other Holiday

Pay Rate: $56/hr. - $58/hr. on W2

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. The Emergency Room RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills the ability to prioritize patient care and experience working with diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients.

• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on the severity of illness or injury.

• Administer medications IV therapy blood products and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patients conditions and promptly recognize and respond to changes in clinical status

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

• Minimum of 1 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience preferred (requirements may vary by facility).
