Job Summary

Registered Nurse Emergency Department

Location: Aberdeen Washington
Pay Rate: $63/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Night shift 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours
Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Emergency Department for a 13-week night shift assignment in Aberdeen WA. This role requires a strong ED nurse with charge experience who can provide high-quality emergency care support team coordination and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients.

  • Assess triage monitor and respond to changing patient conditions.

  • Perform charge nurse responsibilities during assigned shifts.

  • Support emergency procedures and patient stabilization.

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

  • Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.

  • Work as a team player in a busy Emergency Department setting.

  • Support holiday coverage and full scheduling availability.

  • Pick up extra shifts as available and approved.

Requirements

  • Active Washington RN license or multistate RN license required.

  • Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience required.

  • Charge nurse experience required.

  • BLS required.

  • ACLS required.

  • PALS required.

  • TNCC required.

  • NIHSS required.

  • Approved 6-hour suicide training required.

  • Nursys demographic verification required.

  • Meditech experience preferred.

  • RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract.
