Schedule: Days Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Total Working Hours: 40 Hours/Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Battle Creek Michigan. This role provides clinic and home-based nursing care for participants including geriatric wound care home health and long-term care support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in clinic and home-based settings.

• Monitor acute and chronic conditions in coordination with providers.

• Perform wound care lab draws assessments treatments and medication administration.

• Triage urgent situations and support participant care plans.

• Document care accurately using TruChart.

Requirements

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license required.

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.

• BLS/BCLS or CPR certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

• Experience with frail elderly long-term care home care or wound care preferred.

• Reliable transportation valid Michigan drivers license and auto insurance required.

• Required vaccinations must be completed or willing to complete.
