Schedule: Day Shift Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a Cardiology Clinic Registered Nurse (Clinic RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in State College Pennsylvania. This role involves providing professional nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient cardiology clinic assisting providers with patient care coordinating treatment plans administering medications and educating patients to ensure high-quality cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to cardiology patients in an outpatient setting.

Assist physicians with patient assessments examinations treatments and diagnostic procedures.

Administer medications monitor patient responses and provide comprehensive patient education.

Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Maintain a safe clinical environment while ensuring quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements

Active Pennsylvania RN License required.

Current BLS Certification required.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of cardiology clinic workflows patient education and medication administration.

Ability to work Monday Friday day shifts in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
