Pay Rate: $80/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts 7:00 AM 5:30 PM; rotating days off
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Carbondale IL. This role is ideal for a skilled Cath Lab nurse with strong procedural support experience patient monitoring skills and the ability to assist with a wide range of cardiac and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderate sedation during Cath Lab procedures

• Monitor patients before during and after procedures

• Assist with procedure setup and room breakdown

• Support procedures including left heart cath right heart cath peripheral interventions carotid stents AAAs TAVR and device implants

• Collaborate with physicians and the Cath Lab team to ensure safe patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow procedural safety standards

• Participate in required weekday and weekend call rotation

Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required

• More than 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred

• BLS/BCLS required

• Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts with rotating days off

• Call required: one weekday per week and one weekend every 4 weeks

• Strong communication procedural support and patient monitoring skills
