1099 Independent Contractor Field-Based $50$65/Hour
The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to provide field-based Workers Compensation case management throughout the Denver metro area. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for experienced field case managers who enjoy autonomy flexible scheduling and making a meaningful impact on injured workers recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Attend medical appointments and provide onsite case management services
- Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and healthcare providers
- Communicate with adjusters employers attorneys and other stakeholders
- Monitor medical progress and identify barriers to recovery
- Develop and support return-to-work plans
- Prepare timely detailed case reports and documentation
- Manage your own caseload across the assigned territory
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted Colorado RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Workers Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Excellent communication organization and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Denver area
- CCM CDMS CRRN or similar certification preferred
