Registered Nurse Case Manager (1099) Aurora, CO

• Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers
• Attend medical appointments and provide field case management services
• Monitor treatment progress and identify barriers to recovery
• Communicate with physicians adjusters employers attorneys and other stakeholders
• Develop and support return-to-work plans
• Prepare timely detailed case reports and documentation
• Manage an independent caseload throughout the assigned territory

• Active unrestricted Colorado RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Workers Compensation Field Case Management experience
• Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple cases
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• CCM CDMS CRRN or related certification preferred
