We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time contract this role you will provide one-on-one daytime home visits delivering high-quality care to consumers in a home setting.

• Diabetic nail care skin condition monitoring oral medication setup insulin syringe filling and general health evaluations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and chart all visits.
• Monitor and document vital signs and overall health conditions.
• Provide on the job training to advanced personal care attendants.
• Review on-site visit reports and training conducted by administrative supervisor.

• A valid Missouri RN license is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in nursing is preferred.
• Prior nursing experience in various medical settings is preferred.
• Must carry liability insurance with minimum coverage of $per occurrence and $aggregate.

Salary range: $25 - $30 an hour.
