Using your clinical expertise you will identify patient needs develop and implement individualized care plans evaluate outcomes and provide high-quality patient-centered care that supports healing and recovery.

Schedule

• Part-time 40 hours every two weeks
• Evenings 3:00 - 11:30 pm Every third weekend (Friday-Sunday) Rotating holidays
• St. Cloud Hospital On-site
• This position will work in both the Adult and Adolescent Mental Health Units as well as the EmPATH Unit

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required;Bachelors or Masters in nursing preferred.
• A minimum of a Bachelorsdegree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric Mental Health Certification preferred.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.
