Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in hospitals clinics long-term care facilities and other healthcare settings. Assess patient needs administer medications and treatments monitor patient progress and support positive patient outcomes through professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Develop and update patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Follow patient safety and infection control protocols.
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant U.S. state.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Good understanding of nursing standards and patient care practices.
