Are you a dialysis experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and loves variety in your day-to-day DaVita is seeking a dedicated Float Registered Nurse to provide life-sustaining dialysis care in hospital settings across the metro area.

Dialysis is such a fulfilling and rewarding specialty! In this highly collaborative role you will work directly with patients in the ICU CCU ED and other acute care units. The Details:

• Role: Float Registered Nurse - Acute Dialysis
• Experience: Dialysis experience is required for this role
• Locations/Required Travel: St. Paul Maplewood Minneapolis St. Louis Park Edina Burnsville and Robbinsdale MN
• Schedule: Full Time Day Shift

What Youll Do:

• Deliver Life-Saving Care: Administer inpatient dialysis therapies including hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis CRRT and apheresis.
• Be a Clinical Leader: Monitor patients adjust treatments in real-time and ensure top-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate & Empower: Work closely with hospital teams DaVita clinical staff and oversee patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Embrace the Dynamic: Adapt quickly and confidently in high-acuity ever-changing hospital environments as you travel between our partner facilities.

What to Expect:

• Variety & Challenge: Experience different hospital cultures and patient populations as you float between our Twin Cities locations.
• Schedule Dynamics: Your schedule will include regular day shifts and on-call rotations including weekends and holidays to support patient needs.
• A True Team Environment: Partner with local hospital staff and dedicated DaVita teams across multiple sites to provide comprehensive care.

What Were Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of practice (MN)
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Prior experience in ICU CCU ER or Med/Surg is a huge plus!
• CNN/CDN certification is preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel between the assigned hospital locations
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
