As an RN you will provide direct and indirect patient care in an outpatient practice. Provides care that reflects initiative flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with minimum supervision. Provide high-quality patient care ensuring safety and integrating the patients cultural background into care. Perform clinical and administrative functions including patient screenings triage and implementing various health interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Supervise care provided by LPNs and medical/office assistants as applicable.
• Function as a key member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications/injections and provide education to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide clinical care and oversight for vaccine administration point-of-care testing patient triage.
• Performs and documents effective phone and live triage of patients.
• Assisting the physician in treatments and procedures
• Monitoring of patients vital signs patient intake and recording patient history
• Identifies patient goals communicates and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan
• Cross-cover multiple practices as needed
• Assisting with overseeing patient flow
• Assist in prior authorizations for clinical and pharmacy orders
