Shift:Varied adjustable shifts - 3 10s or 4 8s Mon- Fri

Pay Range:$25.34-$28.64 hr.

What Youll Do

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of periodontal and endodontic clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance
• Help keep the day flowing with a proactive can-do attitude
• Blood draws

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification licensure or registration
• 1 years of Surgical RDA experience preferred including implants extractions grafting periodontal procedures sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
• Highly organized and attentive to patients needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Endodontic experience a plus but not required.
• Experience with PRP/PRF and blood draws preferred
• DAANCE PALS or ACLS Certification preferred
