Are you passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact in the lives of students with autism and behavioral challenges Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our school-based team in Portsmouth NH and surrounding communities.

As an RBT you will work closely with students educators and behavioral specialists to provide individualized support that promotes academic behavioral and social success. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow your career while helping students achieve meaningful progress in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Support students during classroom activities transitions and social interactions
  • Assist in reinforcing positive behaviors and developing communication and social skills
  • Track collect and document student behavioral data and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers school staff BCBAs and families to support student goals
  • Foster a safe supportive and positive learning environment
  • Maintain professionalism confidentiality and compliance with school and company policies
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children or students with special needs preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate patient and dependable approach to care and support
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Reliable transportation preferred
