Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide on-site therapy services for a School in Sarasota County Florida.
The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children with autism or behavioral disabilities preferred
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings
Ability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Ability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students
Collect and document behavioral data accurately
Assist students in developing communication social and adaptive skills
Support positive behavior interventions in classroom settings
Collaborate with BCBAs teachers therapists and school staff
Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
Participate in staff meetings and training as required
Any other duties as assigned
