As an RBT with Alora Behavioral Health youll work directly with children and adolescents with autism to help them develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings

• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teaching communication social behavioral and daily living skills

• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress

• Collaborating with BCBAs families and other members of the clinical team

• Supporting clients through engaging developmentally appropriate activities

• Active RBT certification Required

• High school diploma or GED Required

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area

• Comfortable working actively and 1:1 with children and adolescents

• Dependable compassionate and committed to providing quality care

• Afternoon availability preferred
