As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) youll be at the heart of ABA therapy working one-on-one with children across clinic home and school settings to implement behavior plans that truly make a difference. Location: Tampa FL area (Lowry Park North area) clinic home and school-based cases

Pay: Hourly based on experience (DOE)

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification
• Ability to work across clinic home and/or school settings as needed
• Reliable transportation (for home and school-based cases)
  

Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement behavior reduction and social skill programs (ABLLS-R AFLS etc.)
• Conduct caregiver training and provide performance feedback
• Assist in entering and graphing data
• Maintain RBT certification per BACB guidelines
