Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Clinic based

Location: Livermore CA
Schedule: MondayFriday

The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support childrens growth and development in a fun structured environment.

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting

• Collect and document accurate data and session notes

• Support children with daily routines transitions communication and social skills

• Assist with diapering toileting and maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Collaborate with teachers therapists and families

• Follow all company policies safety procedures and ethical guidelines

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 05

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

• Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing

• Reliable professional and able to work as part of a team

• Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention

• Bilingual (preferred not required)

• Coursework in Early Childhood Education Child Development Psychology or ABA
