ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in our Clearwater clinic setting. This position provides structured hours consistent supervision from experienced BCBAs and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

This role includes regular supervision and support to ensure both client progress and continued skill development for our clinicians.

Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities

Our team provides:

• Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs
• Collaboration with clinic and school teams
• Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification
• Opportunities to work alongside practicum students
• Caseload assignments within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible

What Youll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support development of communication social and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers caregivers and clinical supervisors
• Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in clinic and school environments
• Reliable and professional work ethic
