Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
Salary: $20.00 $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday
Work Setting: In-home In-clinic School-based

ABA Squad is a high-quality ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy social skills groups school-readiness preparation tutoring early literacy training and parent and professional training.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
- Create program materials as needed
- Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid drivers license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers electronic devices and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented dependable and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
