Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide behavioral support services to students at schools in Plano Texas. The ideal candidates will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst to improve students communication social academic and functional skills.

Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs
Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA or other authorized professional
School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Provide direct one-to-one or small-group behavioral support.
Collect and accurately record data on student behavior progress and program implementation.
Use reinforcement prompting redirection and other approved behavioral strategies.
Assist students with communication social academic-readiness and daily-living skills.
Follow approved safety crisis-prevention and de-escalation procedures.
Collaborate with teachers families and educational team members under appropriate supervision.
Maintain accurate timely and FERPA-compliant service documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
