Were looking for people who care about people. As a RBT youll be required to:

• Be responsible for the direct implementation behavior analytic services including skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the RBT supervisor
• Integrate knowledge and ability to teach students using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the behavior therapist.

Its fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our students you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management communication techniques and assistive technology.

Hours:

• Monday Friday 8:00 3:30
• Includes 6 week ESY session

Wages & Benefits:

• Competitive starting pay of $25.67 - $26.92/hr for hours worked pay can be spread out over the entire year

Education Licenses & Certifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Tech Certificate
• Successfully passed initial RBT Competency Assessment completed annual RBT recertification training and registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Paraprofessional Substitute Teaching or PEL license is required. Not sure how to get your license Please ask and we can provide instructions
