The Parts & Services Regional Sales Manager will be a role based out of any U.S. location.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Regional Parts & Services Sales Manager USA you will cover a wide region across the United States you will lead a team of 5 Parts & Services Sales Representatives (PSSRs) driving execution of the national sales strategy portfolio growth and operational excellence. You will also serve as the regional champion for the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios ensuring their growth and performance while supporting the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution.

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to drive sustainable Parts & Services (P&S) growth across an assigned U.S. region by leading developing and holding accountable a team of Product Support & Sales Representatives (PSSRs).

The Regional Sales Manager acts as the regional commercial leader responsible for delivering revenue growth and profitability building and converting a strong sales pipeline and driving disciplined execution of account and opportunity management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Leadership & Growth
• Own and drive regional P&S revenue growth and profitability
• Execute national sales strategy
• Ensure pipeline creation progression and conversion

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Lead coach and develop a regional PSSR team
• Drive accountability on pipeline activity and results

Customer & Account Development

• Ensure structured account planning across the region
• Drive retention and share-of-wallet growth

Opportunity & Pipeline Management

• Ensure strong pipeline and CRM discipline
• Drive qualification and prioritization Commercial Execution
• Drive execution across key portfolios
• Align with Category Managers and cross-functional teams

Operational Discipline

• Maintain strong field presence and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with commercial and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years experience in mining parts and services sales
• 2 years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related
• Experience in aftermarket mining or OEM environments
• A proven track record of leading front-line sales teams driving portfolio growth converting opportunities into revenue and executing national sales strategies

• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
• Strategic mindset with growth accountability for assigned product portfolios
• Analytical and business performance monitoring capabilities
• Deep understanding of customer operations and mining processes
• Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships and developing solution-based sales approaches
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and divisions
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel across Nevada and Utah as required and potentially AZ

Location: Based out of any U.S. location

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel is required

Compensation Range: $125000 to $135000 base with an additional bonus plan

Must have the legal right to work in the United States on anindefinite basis without employer sponsorship.
