Home Improvement In-Home Sales Leadership
Sunbelt Home Solutions is building a $250M sales organization over the next 10 yearsand we are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help lead and scale our in-home sales operation across St. Petersburg Fort Myers and future branches.
This is not a desk-management position.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who can recruit train coach and develop elite one-call closers while still being willing to get in the field and sell when needed.

Requirements:
- 5 years of in-home one-call closing experience
- Average ticket size of $20000
- 23 years managing and developing sales reps
- Experience hiring training and scaling high-performance sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales psychology objection handling and process discipline
- Ability to hold accountability and enforce standards
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the sales team across current and future branches
- Achieve Monthly close rate NSLI & Revenue goals consistently
- Recruit onboard and train top-performing closers
- Identify hire and development management and management prospects
- Partner with marketing and production teams
- Maintain company culture and accountability standards
- Travel to support office launches and expansion efforts
