Regional Reconstruction Manager
Job Overview: Our client in restoration reconstruction is looking to add a new Regional Reconstruction Operations Manager to their team!
The Regional Reconstruction Manager (RRM) serves as the operational leader for reconstruction activities across an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving execution profitability quality customer satisfaction and process consistency across all reconstruction projects.
The RRM directly manages Reconstruction Project Managers (PMs) and Project Coordinators (PCs) ensuring projects are delivered efficiently profitably and in accordance with company standards. This is a highly field-focused leadership position requiring regular job site visits coaching stakeholder engagement and hands-on problem-solving.

What you will be doing as a Regional Reconstruction Manager
- Lead all reconstruction operations within the assigned region.
- Drive execution of revenue growth customer experience profitability and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve production margin and customer satisfaction goals.
- Serve as the primary operational resource for reconstruction-related decisions and escalations.
- Conduct regular project reviews with PMs and PCs.
- Ensure timely and accurate project scoping estimating documentation and change order management.
- Monitor project timelines cycle times and job progression to identify and remove bottlenecks.
- Drive adherence to established reconstruction processes quality standards and closeout procedures.
- Ensure compliance with carrier requirements service-level agreements and program standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and carrier partners.
- Oversee customer communication standards and expectation-setting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve escalated customer and adjuster concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction trends and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage regional reconstruction revenue gross margin and accounts receivable performance.
- Monitor project profitability and cost controls.
- Identify opportunities for improved purchasing practices subcontractor utilization and change order generation.
- Support forecasting budgeting and operational planning efforts.
- Assist with subcontractor recruitment onboarding and performance management.
- Develop and maintain a reliable subcontractor network across the region.
- Evaluate subcontractor quality pricing and responsiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project expectations.
- Directly manage all Reconstruction Project Managers and Project Coordinators within the region.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
- Recruit train develop and retain top talent.
- Create succession plans and development pathways for high-potential employees.
- Address performance issues promptly and professionally through documented coaching and accountability measures.
- 5 years of experience in reconstruction restoration construction or insurance-related project management.
- Previous experience managing Project Managers and support staff.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with P&L accountability.
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes carrier requirements and adjuster interactions.
- Experience with Xactimate including scope development and supplement management.
- Proficiency with project management documentation and financial systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
- Experience working within a restoration franchise or multi-location service environment.
- Proven record of improving operational performance profitability and cycle times.
- Experience leading reconstruction operations across multiple locations or territories.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement training.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
