Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager

Location Preference: Detroit MI

CORY is hiring a Regional Property Manager who is passionate about driving operational excellence building scalable processes and leading a growing multifamily portfolio. This individual will oversee a team of Property Managers report directly to ownership and play a critical role in shaping the companys next phase of growth.

About Our Client

A privately owned family-run multifamily real estate operator with a growing portfolio of nearly 1000 market-rate units. Ownership is hands-on and actively expanding the portfolio.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Oversee and support a team of 6 Property Managers across 1000 units.

Own operational and financial performance across the portfolio reporting directly to ownership.

Operate with a high degree of autonomy managing day-to-day operations without close oversight.

Lead coach and develop on-site teams; identify and resolve performance and staffing issues.

Support the rollout of EOS and help formalize operational processes across the management team.

Help evaluate and potentially grow a third-party / fee management vertical as the company continues to scale.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

Proven multifamily property management experience including multi-site or regional oversight.

Strong operational and financial acumen with experience owning P&L.

Experience in the Metro Detroit rental market strongly preferred.

Property management software experience; AppFolio preferred

Self-starter mentality; comfortable operating independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) a strong plus.
