Description

The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

Americas: United States Canada Mexico Brazil Colombia Ecuador Panama Argentina Chile

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare process and review payroll-related data (e.g. new hires terminations compensation changes time and attendance benefits and tax data) to support accurate and timely payroll cycles
  • Enter and validate payroll data in systems
  • Support Time & Attendance tracking
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate standard reports
  • Support adherence to payroll controls and company policies throughout the payroll cycle
  • Support compliance with applicable federal state and local payroll regulations
  • Assist with audits reconciliations and payroll-related documentation
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear customer-focused support
  • Assist with research and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and vendors
  • Support Senior team members with complex payroll questions (e.g. gross-to-net calculations multi-country issues)
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
  • Cross-train with team members to provide coverage and support shared service operations across the region
  • Gain exposure to regional payroll practices across the Americas (U.S. Canada and Latin America)

  • Experience working with ADP Global View ADP Celergo and ADP eTime.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred with a strong understanding of payroll.
  • 3-5 years experience in payroll accounting HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Exposure to payroll systems (ADP GlobalView Celergo eTime)
  • Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
