The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare process and review payroll-related data (e.g. new hires terminations compensation changes time and attendance benefits and tax data) to support accurate and timely payroll cycles
- Enter and validate payroll data in systems
- Support Time & Attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate standard reports
- Support adherence to payroll controls and company policies throughout the payroll cycle
- Support compliance with applicable federal state and local payroll regulations
- Assist with audits reconciliations and payroll-related documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear customer-focused support
- Assist with research and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and vendors
- Support Senior team members with complex payroll questions (e.g. gross-to-net calculations multi-country issues)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Cross-train with team members to provide coverage and support shared service operations across the region
- Gain exposure to regional payroll practices across the Americas (U.S. Canada and Latin America)

- Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred with a strong understanding of payroll.
- 3-5 years experience in payroll accounting HR operations or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Exposure to payroll systems (ADP GlobalView Celergo eTime)
- Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
