Were looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple before- and after-school programs throughout the St. Louis area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery operational excellence staff development financial performance and strong partnerships with schools and families.

What Youll Do

• Lead the operations of multiple school-age childcare and enrichment programs.
• Manage program quality staffing budgets and P&L performance.
• Recruit coach and develop site leaders and program staff.
• Build strong relationships with school administrators families and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri childcare licensing requirements.
• Support enrollment growth and promote programs within local communities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-site leadership experience (5 locations preferred).
• Direct P&L management experience.
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations preferred.
• Experience working with children or youth programs is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between program locations.

Missouri Licensing Requirements

• Missouri DESE Center Director/Group Child Care Home Provider Certification (capacity of at least 100 children) and
• 120 college credit hours including 24 child-related credits or
• Four years of relevant childcare experience plus 24 child-related college credits.
