Are you an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant or accomplished Director of Nursing looking to join a resident-focused organization that truly supports its clinical leaders

We are seeking a passionate RN leader to support a portfolio of well-established Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the greater Naperville region with buildings located between Aurora and Chicago. Facilities range from approximately 100 to 250 beds offering a diverse clinical environment supported by experienced leadership teams.

What Youll Do

As a Regional Nurse Consultant youll partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership to drive clinical excellence by:

  • Mentoring and supporting Directors of Nursing and clinical teams
  • Improving quality measures and clinical outcomes
  • Providing education coaching and regulatory guidance
  • Enhancing and reinforcing established policies and procedures
  • Assisting facilities with survey readiness and compliance
  • Promoting best practices that improve resident care and operational success
  • Collaborating with experienced corporate clinical leadership committed to your success

This is a collaborative leadership role focused on developing people strengthening clinical operations and ensuring exceptional resident outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous Regional Nurse Consultant experience or extensive multi-building oversight
  • Prior Director of Nursing experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations survey process and quality measures
  • Proven leadership coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
