Regional Market President

Is responsible for efficient effective management of the Metro Branch full-service branch offices ensuring that established strategic plan policies and procedures are followed. Directs Branch lending programs and supervises Branch lending functions. Delegates the appropriate responsibilities of the day-to-day operations to the Branch Managers and/or other Branch supervisory staff to be available to make business calls service bank customers and to represent the bank at civic and service club functions within the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with emphasis in accounting/finance or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years experience of loan production in agricultural commercial and consumer lending is supported by a solid production and relationship history.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience is banking management loan production management and/or branch management with a proven history of performance.
• Additional bank specific training and schools.
