EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to guide the growth and operations of our Temporary Structures division playing a key role in building and expanding this emerging line of business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in temporary structures industrial services or construction logistics and can effectively balance client needs with operational execution and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning and execution including site assessments permitting installation and equipment removal.
• Coordinate with logistics teams field crews and safety personnel to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and support equipment maintenance and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities within industrial sectors such as oil & gas utilities manufacturing and large-scale construction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients contractors and procurement teams to support ongoing and future projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment availability and support project execution.
• Supervise and support a team of project coordinators and field personnel.
• Provide coaching training and performance feedback to promote employee development and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive safety-focused work environment.
• Assist with departmental budget tracking project cost management and revenue performance monitoring.
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports on project status productivity and financial performance.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable safety regulations environmental requirements and client-specific standards.
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and safety.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Strong ability to communicate with colleagues across departments with direct reports or with executive leadership
• Natural leadership skills and desire to take ownership of work
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and wearing lots of hats at work
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa

Education and Experience

• 5 years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry
• Background in tent structure or modular building rentals
• Knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety standards
• Experience in coordinating with industrial construction sites
