Were looking for a Regional Manager - New Sales who can help elevate sales performance across the this role youll partner with regional leaders support sales teams and lead initiatives that improve customer engagement operational effectiveness and business growth.

This position offers a base salary of $119000 to $148000 annually commensurate with experience plus performance-based bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Leading sales and marketing development initiatives across Quinn.
• Supporting regional teams in achieving growth objectives.
• Developing and delivering machine sales training programs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Collaborating with branch and regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

• Experience leading sales teams and influencing cross-functional groups.
• Strong business sales and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
