Regional Manager, EHS & Security

Milacron is looking for a Regional Manager EHS & Security to join our team in Batavia this position you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for environmental health safety and security programs across Milacrons North American manufacturing network while ensuring alignment with global EHS standards and driving a proactive culture of safety compliance and operational Youll Do:Lead coach and develop plant-level EHS Managers and Coordinators across facilities in Batavia OH; Mt. Orab OH; McPherson KS; and Atlanta with the India EHS lead to align global EHS programs share best practices and support corrective onsite security operations and contracted security services at the Batavia and Mt. Orab as the primary escalation point for EHS and security incidents across supported implement and continuously improve EHS management systems policies procedures and training and drive performance against key safety metrics including TRIR DART and near-miss incident investigations root-cause analysis activities and corrective and preventive action compliance with OSHA EPA and all applicable federal state and local environmental and safety regulatory audits inspections permitting activities and relationships with government EHS and security processes reporting documentation and training across all sites while managing related budgets and reporting performance to senior :Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing experience leading remote or geographically dispersed knowledge of OSHA EPA and other applicable federal and state overseeing or partnering with physical security leadership communication and cross-cultural collaboration and willingness to travel regularly including international Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credential working with or managing global/international EHS teams in heavy manufacturing industrial equipment or plastics processing industries preferred.#LI-DM1 #LI-ONSITE
