Salary: $80000 - $85000 base performance-based bonus structure

We are expanding rapidly in the Detroit metro area and are looking for a rockstar Regional Manager to lead the charge champion our unique culture and drive explosive growth.

As the Regional Manager you wont be sitting behind a desk. You will be on the ground leading multiple high-volume drive-thru locations. You are the ultimate culture carrier operational guru and people developer. Your mission is to ensure every stand in your market delivers mind-blowing customer service maintains blistering speed and hits peak financial performance.

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations mentoring and developing Stand Managers into elite leaders.
  

• Cultivate the Vibe: Maintain our signature high-energy infectious and hyper-hospitable culture across all teams.
  

• Drive Financial Success: Take full ownership of your regions P&L maximizing sales growth managing labor and controlling operational costs.
  

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Hold stands accountable to strict standards of speed product quality safety and cleanliness.
  

• Scale the Market: Lead New Stand Openings (NSOs) in the Detroit area from talent acquisition to grand opening day.
  

• Experience: 3 years of multi-unit management experience in high-volume fast-casual dining QSR or drive-thru concepts.
  

• The Energy: An upbeat charismatic and resilient leadership style. You thrive in fast-paced loud and dynamic environments.
  

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management local marketing strategies and talent forecasting.
  

• Road Warrior Mentality: Willingness to travel daily between locations across the Detroit metro area.
  

• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs.
