Regional Inplant Manager Multiple sites

This role offers a starting range of $77000 to $95000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience education certifications and skills as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a Regional In-plant Manager for our customer sites on the west coast. The Regional In-plant Manager will be a liaison between INX the in-plants and the customer. You will be responsible for:

• Inventory control both INX and customer owned.
• Supervising in-plant employees at multiple locations.
• Lead in-plant start-ups and closures
• Coordinate PTO for employees.
• Travel and visit in-plant locations in multiple states.
• Perform audits
• Evaluate new customer locations for installations.
• Administrative duties related to in-plant operations

Qualifications :

To perform your job as expected you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have excellent verbal written reading comprehension and math skills
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

In addition to these qualifications we will consider it a plus if you:

• Are able to cover other shifts if needed
• Are clean professional and self-motivated
• Have flexibility with scheduling
• Have previous experience in the ink industry
