Description

The Regional Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and serves as a key resource for employees and managers. This role is responsible for employee relations onboarding and offboarding benefits administration compliance HR systems management and supporting a positive and consistent employee experience across assigned regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regions providing guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding employee changes offboarding and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data ensuring documentation and workflow accuracy
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment support life event changes and employee inquiries
  • Assist with employee relations matters including investigations coaching performance documentation corrective actions and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws internal policies and audit requirements
  • Support policy interpretation and consistent application of HR programs and employment practices
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement retention initiatives and organizational communications
  • Monitor HR trends and regulatory updates and recommend process improvements and best practices
  • Prepare reports and maintain records to support compliance and operational needs
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required
  • 4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR operations preferred
  • Experience with UKG HRIS strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations benefits administration and employment law compliance
  • Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality
